Cottage Blue Dip

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 cups
  • 1½ c. (12 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1/3c. (2 oz.) Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 3 Tblsp. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Instructions

Beat the cottage cheese on high speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.

Serve chilled, with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or crackers.
