Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. fresh basil (Ernessi Farms, Ripon)
  • 2 oz. fresh mint (Ernessi Farms, Ripon)
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 cup local honey (Sunset Apiaries, Elkhart Lake)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cups salad oil

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until incorporated.
