Strawberry Balsamic Grilled Cheese

Butter two slices whole wheatberry bread.

Cut a few thin slices of Sartori MontAmoré cheese and place
on non-buttered sides of bread.

Toss a handful of arugula in a few splashes of balsamic.

Slice 5-6 Door County strawberries.

Assemble arugula and strawberries in between slices of bread and cheese and cook on low heat in a buttered skillet.

Flip once, and remove from skillet when bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.


  • 2 slices wheatberry bread
  • Sartori MontAmoré cheese
  • Arugula (handful)
  • 5-6 Door County strawberries
  • Splash of balsamic vinegar
