THE OFFSHORE PIRATE

This drink is based on a “new classic” called The Fitzgerald, which is a gin sour with bitters. It's named after F. Scott Fitzgerald. The Offshore Pirate, named after a Fitzgerald short story, is more autumnal with the cinnamon syrup amplifying the baking spices in the bitters.
