MAPLE BOURBON SOUR

This is a classic whiskey sour. The maple syrup gives the drink a warmer and richer flavor and feel.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • ¾ oz. maple syrup
  • ¾ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (approx 1 oz.)
  • 1 big dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Build in shaker tin and shake hard without ice for 20 seconds to emulsify. Add ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Double strain into coupe glass and garnish with several dots of aromatic bitters over the top and swirl them around to your liking.
