- 3 tbsp butter
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ pound chicken or beef liver
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup diced onions
- ¾ tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup water or less for smooth texture
- ¼ cup celery, diced
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 cup green pepper, diced
- 3 hardboiled eggs
Cut up livers and sauté in butter over moderate heat until cooked through. Add onion, celery, and green pepper. Cook 2 minutes longer. Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and chill.
This is a proven recipe for 20 years and it always goes well especially for something people won’t normally eat!
