Cranberry Vodka Bounce

Put together a batch at least one week before serving. And yes, some of the cranberries will float!

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4 Cup(s)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen whole cranberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 pieces of orange peel
  • 3 cups of your favorite vodka

Instructions

In a saucepot, place cranberries, sugar, water and orange peel. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop open. Cool mixture. for 30 minutes. Place cranberries along with accumulated liquid and orange peel into a glass jar or bottle. Add vodka. Cover and store at room temperature for one week or up to one month.
