Instructions

Make your blueberry simple syrup: Place equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer until all the sugar has dissolved. Add equal part blueberries at a low temperature. Simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool.

Add 2 tablespoons of blueberry simple syrup, three fresh blueberries and a small sprig of rosemary to your 12-ounce cup. Muddle together to release the herb’s oils.

Tip: Don’t worry about measuring the simple syrup; add about 4 swirls of simple syrup around the cup.

Add ice and lemonade.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary (slap the herb to release the oils) and blueberries, enjoy!
