HERBAL INFUSED WATER

Just add a snip of herbs to water! This healthy beverage is a beginner’s entry-way into herbal drinks.

Instructions

Take a 32 oz. canning jar. Add your herb of choice. Muddle or tear your herb to release the oils. Add water and seal the jar. Let the water infuse in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Serve cold and enjoy!
