Cut, seed and slice the fruit. Cover the bottom of a large pot with about one inch of apple cider.

Add fruit and a cinnamon stick to the pot and cook down, over medium heat, until soft. Remove cinnamon stick and run the fruit through a food mill. Add ΒΌ cup of apple brandy.

Fill clean jars with one cinnamon stick and sauce. Cover jars with lids and process in a hot water bath for 30 minutes.
