- 1 jar of The Cookery’s Cherry Pie Filling
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup melted butter
To make the crisp topping, combine brown sugar, flour and oat- meal in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until just blended. Spread half the mixture in a greased pie plate or 9”x 13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread pie filling over the crust and sprinkle with the remainder of the crisp topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes until browned. Serve warm with ice cream.
