Combine brownie ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Blend coffee and hot water. Add to cocoa mixture and mix well. Add chopped nuts and pour over first layer.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with chocolate.
