- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter cut in
- 1 fourteen oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. finely ground Door County Espresso Coffee
- 1 tbsp. hot water
- ¾ cup of chopped nuts
For the crust: Combine the ingredients and press into greased 8×8 pan and bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine brownie ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Blend coffee and hot water. Add to cocoa mixture and mix well. Add chopped nuts and pour over first layer.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with chocolate.
