- 2 slices wheatberry bread
- 2 slices Renard’s Cherry Cheddar Cheese
- Handful toasted walnuts
- Half of a sliced locally grown apple
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon
- Handful fresh, local spinach
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Lay buttered sides on skillet and put one piece of cheese on each piece of bread. Place toasted walnuts on one side and sliced apples on the other. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Place spinach on one side, put the slices together, and eat!
