We all have food memories; dishes that can take our minds back in time, warm our hearts with nostalgia, and most importantly fill our stomachs.  Our goal at S.A.L.T. is to recreate those meals with a global perspective on inspiration and a local source for ingredients.  We call it Modern Comfort.

Comfort is key when it comes to our service as well.  Our goal is to create a casual, relaxed and knowledgeable staff willing to create a unique dining experience for each guest.  We look at every customer as a potential regular.
